Can customers edit or remove an uploaded file before confirming it?

Yes. Once a file is uploaded, the pop-up shows it as a card with an Edit Image option — this opens an Image Customization view with two tools:

• Remove Background, which strips the background out automatically.
  
  
• Crop Image, which lets them trim it to the area they want. They confirm the edit with Add to Images, or Close to leave it as-is.

They can also swap it out for a different file if needed, all before hitting the final Confirm button.
