Can customers upload more than one file at a time?

Yes. When you create a File Upload field, you choose between Single allowed (the customer can only upload one file total) or Multiple files allowed, where you also set the max — anywhere from 1 up to 5 files. Once that limit is reached, the customer can't add more until they delete one of the files they've already uploaded.
